i never saw this movie..
but i cant imagine the very good brandauer witch made just a few movies witch are all very high rated and a actor like lambert made such a worse movie!???

It is actually rated to high i have seen movies on the bottom 100 and yes they are awful but not in this movies league of awfulness. It was so incdredibly poorly done.
THough I highly reccomend it me and my friends were cracking up it was so bad. I did nto know it was possible to make a movie this bad.
Worst movie EVER!!!! OK, well not quite ever - but it sure was a huge pile of refuse.
I felt myself watching the whole thing to see if it could possibly get any worse - and it DID! It was just a one horrible scene after another. The editing was extremely choppy and the scenes were all over the place. The scenes were also shot mostly outside and unfortunately, you can hear the sound effects better than the diolog at some points. It's just sooooo bad...
I must say to all Klaus Maria Brandauer fans... he is the ONLY redeeming quality about this movie. (It was no White Fang, that's for sure!)
Because this pool of sewage must have cost them a few pennies, I must comment that the appearance of the number of extras was comparable to that of the Lord of The Rings trilogy.
ALSO - to those against animal cruelty, I definitely think that several horses were severely injured during the shooting of this film! (poor ponies!)
If you want a good laugh, check out this complete waste of time and money - it IS kinda humorous to watch this train wreck in action.
It is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Worst thing is I'm historian - so I couldn't even ignore the missing realism.

It's hilariously awful. Actually worth watching because it's so bad. They are scenes which clearly should've filmed more takes. Completely pointless scenes of random people just standing around. People in leather jackets and jeans. Great fun to watch with a group of friends, especially after some drinks.

Yes, I know you wouldnt think it,, and I mean the real story of Vercingétorix is a good one but I couldnt sit through it, I've sat through the entire leprechaun series, the marine and not to mention urban justice. If I had to pick a word it would be shabby, shabby props, shabby acting, terrible effects. I mean Terminator 2 is a full 10 years older then this and the effects put it to shame.
Like I know you'd be tempted to say its so bad it might be kinda funny or something but no, just no.

The film got all wrong (acting, directing, screenwriting, artistic direction...), but the worst thing of all was the film editing (if you can call that botched jod they did "a film editing").
I have never seen so much raccord mistakes per minute in a movie... and soooo evident, big and shameful. This movie doesn't seemed edited by a professional... it seems being done on purpose.
But it's an unintentional funny and hilarious movie.
