A few things

I guess the movie theater where Mallory worked had no security cameras?

Also, is it just me, but was Mallory staying in hotel #13? I would think that a P.D. would have better security for Mallory. I know it is just a movie.

How about how the sheriff waited for the techno-nerds to do their thing with the dummy before they retrieved the bodies?

Or how Stanley just happens to find Mallory in a tub in her motel room? And there's no police guard there, even though the killer is still on the loose.

How about a backwoods community that has a hunky, spectacularly attractive cop, who just happens to be single? (Heh)

Still & all, the movie was pretty entertaining.

If our cops looked like that ...(what was I saying?) Oh right, people should totally watch the movie for Judd Nelson. (translation: and not watch just to stare at a young Michael Weatherly.) *guilty*

I've never found Judd all that attractive, to be honest, though he seems like he'd be fun to hang out with.

I enjoyed Judd in the breakfast club. I respect his acting, but not really attracted to him either.

Minor nitpick but Mallory was wearing shoes when he dumped her in the lake. When he returns, she (the replica they planted) is barefoot. I guess he thought her shoes fell off maybe?

Also, how is it that 5 girls are left non-decomposed yet one is a skeleton? Did he dump this girl first months before starting the other girls? The other girls looked fresh.

I love the sarcastic tone at certain parts like the music is so whimsical when Stanley murders the director. Plus, Judd Nelson's acting is borderline hilarious. It's goofy, deranged, and somewhat intimidating at times.

Agreed with everything else said here. This movie is a guilty pleasure.
