panorma will be looking at why there are still a.pitbull attackts

ok its still not compulsory at school to teach children about basic dog saftey.

choke chains ect are still legal.

the punishment for abusing animals, and training them to be visous, is a mere slap on the wrist.

my cuzions neighbour as a lab, that they keep chained up in a back yard 24/7, and they never play train it, or walk it, and its never been socialised, so it barks and growls, and anything that walks by. and i spoke to an animal police person, and she said to leave it, cuz some dogs like being lefty outside on there own, i mean wtf, and this was after the new animal welfare act had been introduced.

well i wonder, why are there still dog attacks?
