Is that kid wearing pants?! LOL

Ever since I was a little kid I used to make fun of the bad little kid Snidely. He LOOKS like hes wearing a hat, earmuffs, a big coat, gloves, boots and...a pair of shorts! Or even a skirt or something. It LOOKS like bare legs to me.

After not seeing this thing for years I was watchoing it today with my daughter and her friends and I said "Who goes skiing in SHORTS?" My daughters friend said "Hes wearing yellow pants"

So....Snidely: Pants or no pants?
