I know some of them have passed but i would still be interested in hearing the rest of their story...I am sure many of the men didn't make it through the 80's and 90's but thats part of the story too.. If there is info somewhere already i would love to hear where

shareThanks for the link! This film is a fantastic piece of history and it was so nice to see the now familiar faces of some of the people featured.
I saw it a few days ago for the first time on TCM and could'nt stop watching it. I was 15-year-old and living in Southern California when this film was made and it took me back to my youth to a far more innocent time (for me at least!).
On the DVD, there's a 24 minute long featurette. Loved it.
