Is this movie appropriate

Hi, I'm a Concered parent I have a 4yr old Daughter Sally and I bought home a couple cartoon vhs tapes for her from My trip to My mother in laws place over in the United states. One of them is this movie so I thought I would do some research on the internet on the movies heres a picture I found
