Awful DVD print

I just rented this DVD and couldn't believe how awful the transfer was. I own the original VHS version of this film which actually looks better than the DVD. The DVD version is hating.

Too bad this film didn't hold up well enough for a clean transfer.

They can only clean up video from the early 80's, and make it look so good...

I thought my copy was just fine, and much better than the old tape.
