Chaucer recording

In one of the episodes ("The Mother Tongue," I think), there is footage of some people (including Doctor Who actress Mary Tamm) making a recording of part of The Canterbury Tales.

Does anyone know whether that is a real audiobook or just something they did for the documentary?
