I don't know, but I do know that several of the Donald-centric shorts have been released as bonuses on The Chronological Donald, Volume Four, which was released as part of the eighth wave of Disney Treasures, and primarily features the Donald shorts released between 1951 and 1961 (the first short would be "Dude Duck" and the last would be "The Litterbug").
