Joan Cusack?
I've only seen this movie in its edited form on TV. That said, I've ALWAYS seen Joan Cusack credited in this movie. What part does she play? And WHEN?

I said it in another thread on here, but I don't mind restating it. She plays Willy Jack's agent for when he tries to get into country music. It's a very small part, and most, if not all, cable stations edit that part out completely.

Why the Hell would anyone watch this on TV? Especially if they edit whole scenes out so they can have more time to cram more crappy commercials down your throat. I'll take DVD any day! And yeah, Joan Cusack chewed up the scenery in her role as Ruth Meyers. I wonder if she was based on the real Ruth Meyers, who is a costume designer, I believe.
