what is this movie like?

I've looked onseveral websites and all of them say it is Not Rated. So I'm just assuming that since it was select theaters non media indie film,the MPAA didn't bother giving it a rating. But to the people who did see it at on of the film festivals across the country, what was it like? Like Puppet porno like the sex scene in Team America? ot incredibly vulgar non-stop swearing like in the South Park movie? I'm not asking this because I want to know in advance if I will be offended or not, cuz I'm never offended by any movies, I'm just curious.
