Wikipedia says the sex is unsimulated...

This is one of my favourite films and I've seen it multiple times, but when I was on this link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unsimulated_sex#cite_note-57 I was quite surprised to see L'Humanité among the titles. I thought the sex was clearly simulated.
What do you think?

Is it believable or was the reviwer just using wrong words? he also says Caneele and Tullier were in a real life relationship but I couldn't find anything in the entire internet about this.


