In Criterion release coming Jan. 24, 2012

Godzilla, King of the Monsters is included with the forthcoming Criterion release of Gojira. The Criterion set is called simply Godzilla and will be released on January 24, 2012.

Reportedly, Criterion located a pristine print of GKOTM, including the original opening company credits (Trans World) missing from the Classic Media set of both films.
