Why is Third Watch not on Netflix?

I agree as well...I don't understand why they haven't put it on. I also use Vudu. It's not there either. The only streaming service that has it is Amazon. Why Amazon, and not Vudu...Vudu is backed by Walmart. They have the juice....why not use it.
The only thing I can think of, is based on another situation, is that the series is owned by different studios. This makes it difficult and risky for a streaming service to invest in the series, as they may be unable to procure all the seasons. For example, Vudu went through hell picking up all 5 seasons of Southland. Same deal with NYPD Blue. You currently can only purchase the first 5 seasons.

The rights (mainly music) are too expensive. It's the same reason most of the seasons haven't been released on DVD. Absolutely depressing 
