It says one of the reasons it is PG-13 is because of a "perilous situation." What happens?

Ironically didn't even realized it was only PG-13. Figured it would been rated PG-17 (or however the next step is). Due to the gun scene and nudity but guessing since they edited the shower scene to only show the guys butt is why they were able to get away with PG-13
