Was the tea drugged (or psychoactive)?

I know it's just a movie...but I wanna get some feedback on this. Right before Derek, Hansel, and Matilda indulge in the group orgy...they were drinking tea. Was the tea drugged, or did it contain some sort of psychoactive chemical? Because I find it kinda ironic how Hansel suddenly started talking about peyote the next morning.
