Cocktail scene in the "Right Temptation"

In the movie, Keiffer Sutherland and Rebecca DeMorney go to a cocktail lounge in New York City where there are these giant paintings on the walls of the club. Is this a real club in New York City and if so, is anyone able to identify the club and location?

This movie was filmed in Salt Lake City. On the internet, I noticed that a grandson of Brigham Young named Mahonri Young was famous for his sculptures and paintings of laborers, athletes and boxers, and you can find some of them on the internet that look similar enough to the murals that were in the movie so it is very possible he painted them.

I'm extremely curious as to who did the paintings in the lounge scene. I searched the credits and looked up some of the names under "Art" on the net, but nothing. I'm sure they were not done by Mahonri Young, since there is no stylistic similarity at all with Young's work. They were creepy and weird and reminded me of Francis Bacon. Anybody know who this artist is? I find it incredible and amazing that he/she was given no credit at the end of this film.
