Action?
They say it's "action" movie here on Imdb. What the ... justifies to label this movie as action?

really don't know to.
the are only 2 scenes that has got some action in it.
but they only take 5 minutes and the entire movie is 2.10 minutes.
therefore i did find the movie to be slow-paced.
