Which movie had the Rancho Cucamonga 'promo'?

One of the Friday movies included a skit about the city of Rancho Cucamonga. It was like a parody of a city development marketing ad. Does anyone know which of the Friday movies this was on, and where it was? Was it a bonus feature on the DVD, or part of the movie? I've looked at the titles of the bonus features on the DVDs on the Amazon site, but none of them sound like what I recall. Appreciate your help.
