Question on Film's Rating

I was at a used CD/DVD store today looking around and found this Meeting People is Easy. I am a recent Radiohead fan, and would really like to get this. However, the films rating was covered up by the price tag. It was kind of transparent, but I think it might have said 15 and up. Now, because of my families "house rules", could someone please just tell me what this is rated and for what reasons, language, content, whatever. Thanks.

i jus bought the film myself
its definately got some language in it

plus
i mean the general atmosphere of the film
is kinda creepy IMO

Creepy in what way?

Like with the clone bears and Stanley Donwood art and stuff? If so, I really don't mind that.

Creepy in a radiohead kinda way. Buy/download it. It's not some kind of slasher/incest/gore/rape flick so you have nothing to worry about. ;D

haha. i went to china this week for a school trip and bought it with the astoria concert for about 3 and a half dollrs. :D
