Differences and similarites between this and A Walk to Remember

This movie is so much like A Walk to Remember, though there are many differences.

Differences:
Jamie was savign herself for marriage, while it seemed that Samantha was probably not a virgin before Kelley

Jamie was the daughter of a preacher, while Samantha was not

Landon had a single mother, while Kelley had a single father

Kelley was rich, while Landon was middle class


Silimarities:
The bad boy falling in love with the good girl

Both Samantha and Jamie die at the end, though at the end of this movie, we see Samantha's funeral, while it was only said that Jamie died.
