Sole Survivor 1983

I know Sole Survivor was advertised as THE Final Destination before there was a Final Destination franchise when the DVD was released years ago, but I personally think it's more accurate to call Sole Survivor a loose remake of the classic 60's horror Carnival of Souls in how it pertains to a young woman adjusting back to life after surviving an ordeal that should've caused her death, only to be confronted with manifestations to remind her that things are far from over for her.

Aside from using the theme of cheating death and having it come back with a vengeance, I didn't really see much similarity between Sole Survivor and Final Destination. There was that one loading ramp scene in Sole Survivor that seemed very similar to how a death would be set up in a Final Destination film, though.
