The way Erin would yell and scream and call the large lady names........

Uh, I know in the work world where I live in, both of us would be fired on the spot for having a confrontation like Erin did with the ladies at her office. Yes, there was animosity on both sides, but it just seems unprofessional to make fun of somebody. They were all adults..Leave out the name calling. I worked in a deli where there were all ladies and wow, they would be red faced with anger at each other sometimes, but they wouldn't name call.. If anything, take it outside and have it out with each other.

I like cats named nightmare. I have a "nightmare" every night!

Quite frankly, both of them behaved very unprofessionally, and I believe that it was Mr. Masry's fault. I understand that it is a small law-firm, and that the clerks and paralegals have worked for him for a long time and he appreciates their dedication, but the interactions between the Brenda and Erin bothered me to no end.

When she said, "It's called accountability," when Erin showed up after apparently not coming to "work" for several days, I thought Brenda has a point, but Erin's response was crude. Then there's the "Lover's quarrel?" scene, in which I thought Brenda was out of line, but still didn't deserve to be insulted that way.

Both these happened in front of Ed, and he did nothing to correct Erin's tackiness, and the office workers' gossip.

Erin's wardrobe is another element of the movie that really bothers me. Ed has no reason to let that go, just because of Erin's dedication.

Many would call her wardrobe: Self-confidence. If she's got the assets, why not flaunt? I agree for the movie's sake they took the unprofessionalism thing to the extreme. I doubt that the real Erin Brockovich behaved exactly like that. That's just a cost of Julia Roberts being Julia Roberts. Have to admit for a portraying a royal pain in the ass, I love her.
