Mr. Foil = biggest douche? Also, the movie Alien

Mr. Foil - biggest douche of the movie, right?

"I understand they've had a bad run of luck, health-wise. And they have my sympathies."
And then he grins:

Reminds me of the movie Alien (1979), when Ash says, "I can't lie to you about your chances [of survival], but you have my sympathies."

I love the way Ed Masry (Albert Finney) sends that douchebag packing after he threatens that his client is worth $28 billion.

"Twenty-eight billion dollars? I didn't know it was that much. WOW!!!"

Douchebag then realizes he's been totally owned ;-)

David Foil was clearly a young inexperienced (actor T.J. Thyne, was 25) hotshot lawyer for PG&E paid quite handsomely to smooth things over while the ice was still frozen and ensure that Masry & his firm wouldn't get any ideas. That's why he acted the way he did. Of course his inexperience showed when he divulged how much his client was worth.
