Show Help

I need help figuring out a show that i think was on USA around the same time as this show. It involved a ex secret agent, and his 'retired' nemisis living next door to each other in the suburbs. The Evil guy would always have some evil plan, and at the end of every episode, one of them would die.

I watched it, and loved it when it was on, but can't remember the title or any actors in it.

Any help would be great.
