I was very dissapointed with this movie, at first when I was watching it I thought it was a comedy the acting was terrible except Timothy Dalton. If you want to read the true story check it out on.

i dunno, personal opinion differs to everyone on every film, there are huge legions of people who dont like star wars (the ORIGINAL trilogy that is!!) but i dont judge, its nice people make up their own opinions, i really like this movie...
i was watching it with the perspective of a priest getting his life sorted with God and setting himself up in the mindset that he was doing good works...he managed to get over many troubles in his life to deliver the little boy from the possesion...i enjoyed it...doesnt mean to say anyone else will...

shareIts a Showtime movie. All I can say is that most likely it would have been better if it was an HBO movie and much worse if SyFy had made it. That being said, it goes along pretty with the true story that William Blatty read and inspired him to write The Exorcist.
