Question - 12 Days of Christmas

Hey everyone! Like most every other person on this board, I haven't seen this TV special in a looong time. But, I have been listening to the record/CD every Christmas since I can remember. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone can tell me who sings "seven swans a-swimming" in the 12 days of Christmas? I can tell who sings every other day, I have just never been able to tell who sings #7. Anyway, if anyone knows or can remember, could you please let me know. Thanks soo much and Merry Christmas everyone!!!

I'm sorry, I'm from Wisconsin. Is that the same as gettin' a lot?

The character who sings seven swans a-swimming is Fozzy bear.

Actually, it's only Fozzie on the special. On the soundtrack, he sings Day 2 and Day 7 is sung by Lew Zealand. Don't ask me why, but that's not the only change. Janice(Day 9) is replaced by Bunsen & Beaker, Floyd(Day 11) by Beauregard, I think, and Kermit is moved to Day 12, eliminating the song's funniest (show)moment, "Twelve Drummers Drumming" being sung by ANIMAL!!!

It's so funny, I actually got a fuzzy copy of this from my brother for Christmas two days ago. When I watched the special, I saw that it was Fozzy that sung day number 7, but I knew that it wasn't him on the soundtrack. I also noticed that Kermit sang #2 in the special, but does #12 on the soundtrack and a few other discrepancies. Either way, I like them both.

Thank you both so much for your help!!

I must say, a fuzzy copy is better than no copy at all... I have been searching for a copy of the video since my first daughter was born 11 years ago. Until they release it on DVD keep that treasure protected (wish I had one :-) )

Disney channel ran it about 10 years ago and I taped it....I know the shows out on DVD now...but the price is out of my league...
My favorite song is the Christmas Wish...but I actually like it better on the CD when just Kermit sings it...my second favorite is Its in every one of us, and then Rowlfe's version of Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas...

It is not our abilities that make us who we are...it is our choices

Where did you find it on DVD? I checked Amazon, they don't have it.
I'm moderately desperate for a copy. I just got married, and my wife has never seen it. I'd really love to show it to her this Christmas, the first she'll be spending with my John-Denver addicted family.
If you can't remember where you saw it on DVD, any chance you could be persuaded to make a copy of your videotape?
Thanks
