shareNah, they didn't. The duchess flirted a little for her own amusement at Horatio's discomfort, and I think he was pretty protective of her, but no romance.
shareI think the whole thing would have been more convincing if they had found someone younger, because the duchess looked a lot older than Horatio (at least to me).
