missing sequence on DVD?

I was watching the DVD last night and seemed to remember there was a really touching sequence where a little girl has a disagreement with her cranky grandma, and in the end the grandma says, basically, "It hurts to be old, try to remember that," or something. It wasn't quite as grim as that but was a really thoughtful moment. I'm thinking it was on the VHS which I had before the DVD came out, 10 years or more ago. Also, the DVD clocks in about 45 minutes and TV shows back then would've gotten closer to 50 (less commercials in-between, sigh).

Anyone have any thoughts on this? This sorta thing really drives me nuts, ha ha...

Nilbog! It's goblin spelled backwards! This is their kingdom!

I know the bit you mean, on the CD its called 'Grandma'. I don't remember it in the original movie though but I could be mistaken.

I don't recall that sketch ever being on the film version. It is on the record. The film and the original record, and book, do not match up precisely in content.
