OMG how the heck did this gem fly in under my radar when it first aired?
Holy chock-full-o-goodness of a show!!!
I can't believe they got away with what they did, I found myself laughing to the point of tears all the while saying "That is so horrible!"
It is a rare show that can do that.
I watched all three seasons in a three day mini marathon, one season each day, and was sad when I got to the end. OH so much goodness.
I would say season one is my favorite, probably because of the pure shock and awe value of the absolute political incorrectness of it all. Seeing Stephen Colbert naked didn't hurt either, heh heh.
Thanks for the ride guys and gals, it was a thing of ugly nasty dirty beauty.

From another loony Moonchild(me):
You are so right! I loved this show when it used to come on late at night.
I would get off work, waitressing, go home, my family would be asleep, and I
would sit in the kitchen, laughing out loud as quietly as I could. I used to
ask people if they watched it, and it was rare when anyone knew what the heck
I was describing.

Such a Funny Show! They are all just a little Cra-zeeeee and I love them!

You might want to also check an equally quirky show called "Exit 57".
It had all the same people, only it was before Strangers.
Amy Sedaris has one skit where she is "goin' Frog-Giggin'" and it
haunts me to this day, in a hilarious way.

Just a suggestion if you love this group of funny people...

Thanks ladyblue, I will check it out!

I have now watched all the episodes of exit 57. I was completely distracted by Stephen's giant hair. Oh the 90s, so many good people,so much bad hair.
My favrorite, the ""Honey pie" skit, that was just odd in all the right ways.
ETA: I wanted less of "Hey Amber, get over here" and mucho mas the three muchacho's, OH my goodness

Great! I am glad you found it! I love the comedy of these people....they are just Pure Funny!
Have you checked out "The Comeback" starring Lisa Kudrow? She is Hilarious in this strange little series. And now, she is in "Web Therapy" which is also Funny....She is a Classic Comedian for sure. Who Knew?!?!
yeah...the Honey Pie skit is a Crack-Up

The movie may be a let down, it was for me. It just didn't click for me, though there were very funny moments, it just did not capture the awesome that was the series.
