Was it advertised as a new movie before its premiere on Disney?

I watched Disney all the time back around when this movie first came out, but I don't recall seeing any commercials for it or trailers on the channel. Am I the only one who missed the ads, or was this movie not advertised before its premiere as a new movie? (Obviously they mentioned that it was coming on, but it didn't seem as though it was a premiere, as though it was already made a while back and just coming on again.)

We all know how Disney takes pride in their DCOMS and show plenty of ads/videos about the movie weeks before it premieres, even back in the day. So what's up with Seventeen Again?

I'm very confused about this...

Disney showed a commerical for the movie
but the movie 1st premired on Showtime my bad not HBO.
But disney took a scene out from the movie. It's the one
where the Young Cat goes to Health ed with Sydney and the
teacher is demonstrating how to put on a condom.

yeah it premiered in November 2000 like a couple of days after Thanksgiving.
