Does he tear it up in this movie or is he only in it for a little bit?

He's a major supporting role, sorta the central character'as sidekick buddy. I'd estimate he's in about 60-70% of the movie.

He is the worst (and by that I mean the best) cub scout leader EVER!!
I love his stash of badges he rips off sissy's uniforms... hilarious!!!!
