Was that a real birth or did they simulate that? I know most of the sex was real, but I'm unsure of the birth. It looked real.

Well excuse me, I am totally a woman, I do not need kids to verify that. And what about unfortunate women who are physically incapable of getting pregnant? Does that make them not women?

How would you know how much more of a woman you feel after giving birth, having never had a child yourself.
Take if from someone who has and trust me when I say. You do feel more of a woman when you have gone through giving birth and created a life.
If this wasn't true then women who can't have children wouldn't be as devastated that they can't conceive.
It doesn't mean they are not women. But it does mean there is a hole, a feeling of some part of themselves missing.
This is not offensive. It's a painful fact of life.
