Twilight Zone similarity to the real thing!

This movie, which I found very entertaining, is so similar to what just happened today (May 13, 2006) at Hampden Park, Scotland, that it is uncanny. Truth can almost be stranger than fiction.

The film is based loosely on the Raith Rovers cup winning side of 1994. Gretna bought their cup final. Raith earned it.

Totally agree that this is the gretna story 6 years before.
Both had just won promotion to the first division.
both went in at half-time 1-0 down.
both went out all guns blazing in the 2nd half to get a equelizer.
both got beat on penaltys.
It is incanny how life immatates art.
