When it was on in the late eighties and early ninties he used to scare the crap out of me, but now i've started watching this quality show on Challenge again (Still can't do the puzzles.) and realised that he's actually really, REALLY camp!

Like all villains, he got rather funny as time progressed!

Funniest CITV villain - Caractacus P. Doom from Avenger Penguins
Scariest CITV villain - Baron Silas Greenback from Danger Mouse (he still scares me to this day!)

Haha, I'm just watching Season 7 at the moment... I think this might be Lord Fear's best quote ever :D

Didn't like him, he wasn't in the same league as Mogdred and his deep, booming, sinister laugh.

Yep. Lord Fear was a late entry (ooh, pardon!) villain to Knightmare and looked like Ivan Ooze with bacofoil on his head.
