shareI haven't seen those movies in years...I feel like I always watched one over the other. ANYWAY, I'm gonna say the SW Special was worse. I mean, cute ewoks or Chewie's dad watching....virtual....seduction movies? But then again, Bea Arther was in it...so that's a plus...
shareEven having not seen the special, I'm guessing you're right. The Ewok films were standard-grade '80s TV movies (so: bad), but that's probably a cut above "sci-fi/fantasy adventure film being shoehorned into being a variety show".
