Wow, I'd heard Mark Hamill was paid less than 1% of Carrie Fisher's salary for the last 2 films but I didn't realise he was so desperate that he had to beg to the general public for his next meal. Poor bastard.

Why do I doubt that's true? Carrie was doing fan conventions for spending money before Disney revived the franchise (she called them "lap dances"), so it's not like she had infinite negotiating power.
