This film is not slow at all period

The film is well paced and animated the story is great. The film balance's story action and wonderful animation. The action is very well done and entertaining. The story is pretty deep and i did not get all of it the first time but on my second i started to understand it more. It is a truly well made and amazing film. I do not know why this film is not talked about more like akira or ghost in the shell. Akira was a great movie but this had the better story and action.
