Dripping with atmosphere

It's rare to find a movie that is so drenched in atmosphere. The only films that I think truly capture the tone of bleakness visually are Blade Runner and Children of Men, but I think I'll have to add Jin-Roh to that list. The first twenty or so minutes involving the sewers and street protests are some of the best depictions of modern urbanization on film - my mouth literally dropped at some of the scenes.
