ok, its not really a disney movie, i think it was on abc family a looooong time ago. its just been bugging me and i'm wondering what the title is.
its about this kid, and he wants to race like, soap box cars or something. but i dont think they are soap box cars, they look more like go carts. and he meets this girl and she likes to spray paint and do graffiti and stuff.

i'm sorry if this all sounds weird but its all i remember. lol.

I can only think of Miracle In Lane Two- A disney movie with the boy from Malcolm in the Middle. He's in a wheelchair and wants to race in a soapbox derby.
