I remember when I was a kid seeing a preview for a movie where this female doll kills people. A woman stops on the side of the road and picks it up and then a car smokes her... and other stuff like that. Can anyone tell me if this is the one?

I was completely enthralled and couldnt stop watching
say what you want- this guy got his friends to work on it and he actually finished it with more entertainment value than many million dollar hollywood movies.
and its a goofy time capsule of early 80s fashions...
this was BEFORE "chucky" right?
