Whats the song's name or composer ?

I simply loved this movie when I saw it longtime ago and my favourite scene is when Dr Fernando starts yelling words throught the city, while trying to proove a point to Julia and everyone starts to faint. That scene is done with such a beauty, mostly thanks for that awsome music on the background ! Sadly, I can't find the name of that song or the composer because I loved that song and that scene ! Does anyone knows ? I'll be trully thankfull if someone had that information !
