Who was the girl Agent Ryu visited at the care home?

What was the girl's relationship with Hyun? A friend? Sister? I didn't quite understand how Hee/Hyun was so close to the girl in the hospital/care home place.

It's been a while since I saw the film, but I seem to remember that Lee Bang-hee rented a room at Lee Myung-hyun's house. They became close, and she used her as a template for the cosmetic surgery she received. She basically assumed her identity.

yeah, me neither, sounds like Hyun intended an identity fraud or smth but can someone explain better?

mentasm has it spot on there. It's still Kim Yun-jin playing the characters, albeit in a fright wig and with a deeper voice courtesy of ADR.

Why are people asking questions like this when it's actually spelt out in the film itself, with no ambiguities?
