On DVD or netflix/amazon/stream ing?

Is this On DVD or netflix/amazon/streaming? Might be a small movie but i hate when its hard to find TV movies like this without some serious digging.....pretty interesting sounding since Delroy Lindo, Mandy Patinkin, and Regina Taylor are some of my all time favorites....
