I thought the same thing. Actually, I was sure that he was just convincing them that he hadn't. Everybody knows that you make a copy you hide yourself, you make a copy for each of your friends to give to a friend of theirs to hide, and you put a copy in the mail to every media outlet you can think of (nowadays, you upload it to Youtube too).

You absolutely DO NOT only have one copy and just hand it over to a room full of people. Ridiculous.
