A few things....

First of all, any rumors as to whether our boy Herzog actually drank large quantities of cough syrup? "Where are you Mount Everest? Give me some Everest." and the accompanying hand motions, not to mention the almost-hanging by bedroom blinds-cord sound like classic K-hole/DXM fun to me.
And what's Korine's connection with Will Oldham? I know he's there in the one scene dancing with Julien, but that's all we get of him. Why would he get a "very special thanks," and not Herzog, for example?
