Dogme

Domgeis a type of film created by Lars von Trier, Vinterberg, and others where there is NO: artificial lighting, sound, props, sets, post production, etc. Everything must be natural. Hadnheld cameras must be used.There is a set code or rules that must be followed and von Trier and some others make sure that these things are followed, then grant the film a Dogme standing.

Julien Donkey Boy almost didn't make it, because Chloë was NOT pregnant - that was a pillow, but Harmony convinced the Dogme 94 guys that he had tried very hard to impregnate Sevigny and failed, so they said they couldn't fault him on that one (Sevigny and Korine were dating at the time).
