If, for instance, the UK were ever to declare war on the USA or Australia and were to take a number of prisoners, screenings of 'Honest' might be used to torture information out of them. While such a thing is obviously against the spirit of prisoner-of-war treaties such as the Geneva convention it is not specifically banned, and that is how we could get away with it. Obviously the highest possible level of security would have to be in place at such screenings, as grown men have been known to bite their own legs off after exposure to just ten minutes of this truly horrendous film.
