what you think oficer campbell wouldve done with the ticket? (end scene)

I actally haven't gotten around to see the whole movie, either it didn't keep me hooked enough, or i started watching it at the end, can't quite recall. anyway, i saw all these screaming turkeys and james earl jones sitting in a room arguing about a winning ticket, and one of the guys gives the ticket to the officer, but later it was revealed he didn't actally give him the winning ticket, so, if he had actally handed over the "real" ticket, what do you think would have happened to it?

will you still love me when i'm old,
will you look at me the same, when i'm 34,
will you still remember me,
when i'm at the age of 43,
i want your love so bad,
but will i still have it, when i'm an old man,
when i'm 58,
will i still be with you, or is it too late,
when i'm 69,
will you still love me all the time,
if i live to be 72,
will you still come over and do the things you do,
will you still treat me like now,
when i'm 79,
and if i live to be 80,
will you still love me, like you have done lately.

I know for certain he would cash in the money and use it for a well deserved vacation and a lot of quality time with his daughters.

At first he became angry at Fishman for questioning his word. But later on he mentions that paperwork seem to get lost sometimes. Officer Campbell was clearly overworked (he had a double shift + the chase after Raymond). Raymond must have been a high priority since "Avery" got off with a warning for his outstanding warrant for traffic tickets. Just when he was about to head back home to his family he again needed to return to Tepper's apartment ASAP.

I think Officer Campbell stayed in his role as a policeman for a while, but came to senses as a normal person when thinking about his long working days and value of the lottery ticket. Also "Avery" could never claim it from the police station since he can't identify himself as Avery. Even if he could he would jeopardize himself by making the news front headline "Man pays for outstanding traffic tickets after claiming prize money from the police station". Avery also would have been looked up in the computer by Officer Campbell while completing the paperwork.
