I downloaded this movie on a P2P cilent, thinking it was Hide and Seek (the one with Dakota Fanning), only to realize half-way through...where the heck is Dakota Fanning??? But I watched the whole movie regardless. Pretty fine in my opinion.

sharehahaha yea i'd seen hide and seek with dakota fanning, then i went to my aunty's house and i said H+S was great and she pressed play...i thought it was just an advert to begin with...then i thought what the heck...credits? darryl hannah wasnt in it?! and then i realised there must be 2 films with the same name

I went to Blockbuster, did not see the cover box so I picked up this movie and I watched it half way through and wondered where everyone was and I was definately confused by the opening credits. Anyway I am pissed that Blockbuster didnt distinguish their Hide and Seek movies and now I have to pay an extra $5. BASTARDS!
BTW, from the 2/3 of the movie I saw it was only semientertaining and definately predictable. I think 2/3 was probably enough to give me the idea of the entire movie.

Probably a really stupid question... but at the end when she thought she had killed jennifer tilly and then she popped up from the bed... what happened then. i accidently hit the return button on my tv and then when i switched back she was walking toward the ambulance carrying the baby. So what happened!!!! LOL

I have a funny history with this movie. I remember back in 2004, I was at my grandmother's house, channel-surfing. I found a movie, where a woman was breaking away at the ceiling, during the night. I knew that actress was Daryl Hannah. During this, it would cut to another woman in bed. Eventually, Daryl made her escape and then it shown her out in the snow, during the daytime.. It looked like one that I wanted to see, so I didn't want to see anymore and I changed the channel. Later, I looked at Daryl Hannah's filmology and I figured out that it was Hide and Seek (2000). I never got around to watching it, though.
Then nine years later, I saw that the TMC station was showing Hide and Seek (2005) with Robert De Niro and Dakota Fanning. That was a movie that I've always wanted to see, so I definitely set it up to record. After it recorded, I checked it out. But it was the wrong one. It was the one with Daryl Hannah. I was kinda disappointed in not seeing Hide and Seek (2005), but Hide and Seek (2000) was still a movie that I wanted to watch. I watched it and I enjoyed it. I eventually saw Hide and Seek (2005) and I rate that movie 10/10 and I own it on DVD, too.
